Barbados continues to maintain a favourable environment for investors through the ongoing revision and enactment of legislation.

In addition to the Incentives granted under the Income Tax Act, Barbados' regulatory systems are supported by a comprehensive legal framework which encompasses legislation covering a wide range of incentives to encourage foreign investment and the creation of expanded employment opportunities in the tourism sector.
